Baked Rice [Winner!]

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups long grain rice
2 cans chicken/beef broth
1 stick butter
1 diced onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

In saucepan, melt butter and add diced onions, cooking until tender. In square baking dish, add uncooked rice. Pour butter mixture over rice. Add broth and parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
